Abstract | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a titanium part using granules and a titanium part manufactured using the same. In one embodiment, the titanium part manufacturing method using granules includes a step of spraying a mixture containing titanium hydride powder and a slurry material into a housing provided with a disk and rotating the disk to prepare granules; a step of preparing an intermediate molded body by filling a mold with the granules and performing compression molding; and a step of preparing a sintered body by sintering the intermediate molded body at 900 to 1,600 ℃, wherein the titanium hydride powder contains 3.5 wt% or more of hydrogen (H). According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare granules in a spherical shape and uniformly fill a mold with granules.
본 발명은 과립을 이용한 타이타늄 부품 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 타이타늄 부품에 관한 것이다. 한 구체예에서 상기 과립을 이용한 타이타늄 부품 제조방법은 수소화 타이타늄 분말 및 슬러리 재료를 포함하는 혼합물을 디스크가 구비된 하우징 안에 분사하고, 상기 디스크를 회전하여 과립을 제조하는 단계; 상기 과립을 금형에 충전하고 압축 성형하여 중간성형체를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 중간성형체를 900~1,600℃에서 소결하여 소결체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 수소화 타이타늄 분말은 수소(H)를 3.5 중량% 이상 포함한다. |
