The present invention relates to a maintenance agent composition comprising an acrylic resin in a core-shell structure, which comprises 25 to 45 wt% of an acrylic resin in a core-shell structure; 1 to 7 wt% of alkali-based silicate; 0.1 to 3 wt% of a pH adjusting agent; 0.1 to 3 wt% of an emulsifier; and 50 to 70 wt% of water, and a method for protecting and repairing a concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, the maintenance agent composition is formed in one-component type to be not only easily constructed in the field but also have excellent material properties similar to that of two-component type, thereby having excellent workability and protecting and repairing performance. 본 발명은, 코어-쉘 구조의 아크릴 수지 25~45 중량%, 알칼리계 실리케이트 1~7 중량%, pH 조절제 0.1~3 중량%, 유화제 0.1~3 중량% 및 물 50~70 중량%를 포함하는, 코어-쉘 구조의 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 유지보수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 보호 및 보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 유지보수제 조성물이 일액형으로 형성되어 현장에서 쉽게 시공이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 이액형과 유사하게 우수한 물성을 가지므로, 작업성 및 보호, 보수 성능이 우수한 장점이 있다.
