Abstract The present invention relates to a power tool for orthopedic surgery to correctly identify individual attachments. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the power tool for orthopedic surgery comprises: a power tool body unit allowing an attachment to which one or more first magnets are mounted to be coupled thereto and a having a power tool case; an attachment fastening unit connected to one end of the power tool body unit; a motor power transmission unit protruding toward the attachment coupling unit and transmitting power to the attachment; a motor operating the motor power transmission unit; a first magnetic sensor unit including a first magnetic sensor capable of sensing the magnetic field strength or number of one or more of the first magnets; a control unit controlling the motor within a preset maximum rotational speed and maximum torque value according to the magnetic field strength or number sensed by the first magnetic sensor; and a power supply unit supplying the power to the motor and the control unit. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 정형외과용 전동기구는, 하나 이상의 제1 마그넷이 장착된 어태치먼트가 결합될 수 있으며, 전동기구케이스를 구비하는 전동기구보디부, 상기 전동기구보디부의 일단에 연결된 어태치먼트 체결부, 상기 어태치먼트 체결부 쪽으로 돌출되고, 상기 어태치먼트에 동력을 전달하는 모터동력전달부, 상기 모터동력전달부를 구동시키는 모터, 하나 이상의 상기 제1 마그넷의 자기장세기 또는 개수를 센싱할 수 있는 제1 자기센서를 구비하는 제1 자기센서부(magnetic sensor), 상기 제1 자기센서가 센싱한 자기장세기 또는 개수에 따라 미리 설정되어 있는 최대 회전수 및 최대 토크값 이내로 상기 모터를 제어하는 제어부, 그리고 상기 모터 및 상기 제어부에 전력을 공급하는 전원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
