Summary:The present invention provides an automatic burn-in board cleaning apparatus, which can further increase cleaning efficiency by performing cleaning due to electrolysis while inducing friction between socket pins of a burn-in board and a contact portion of a cleaning means and smoothly and sufficiently supplying an electrolyte to enhance conductivity, and can replace burn-in boards very conveniently and rapidly by operating a cleaning head assembly, which is the cleaning means, only in a vertical direction from its position, and enabling a stage, on which the burn-in board is mounted, to move in a horizontal direction. The automatic burn-in board cleaning apparatus according to the present invention includes: a vertical micro-moving mechanism for micro-moving the stage, on which the burn-in board is mounted, in a vertical direction; and a horizontal moving mechanism for moving the stage and the vertical micro-moving mechanism in a horizontal direction, wherein a power source of the horizontal moving mechanism is configured with a servo motor and the stage mounted on the burn-in board reciprocates 0.1 to 1 mm in a horizontal direction by repeatedly driving the servo motor in a forward and a reverse direction when the socket pins of the burn-in board are cleaned, thereby inducing friction between the cleaning head assembly and the socket pins of the burn-in board. 본 발명은 번인보드의 소켓핀과 세정수단의 접촉부분 사이에서 마찰을 유도하면서 전기분해에 의한 세정이 이루어지도록 하고, 전해액을 원활하게 충분히 공급하여 전도성을 향상시킴으로써 세정효율을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있으며, 세정수단인 세정헤드조립체는 제위치에서 수직방향으로만 동작시키고, 번인보드가 장착된 스테이지는 수평방향으로 이동시킬 수 있도록 하여 번인보드의 교체가 매우 편리하고 신속하게 이루어질 수 있는 번인보드 자동 세정장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 번인보드 자동 세정장치는, 번인보드가 탑재되는 스테이지를 상하방향으로 미세하게 이동시키기 위한 수직미세이동기구와, 스테이지 및 수직미세이동기구를 수평방향으로 이동시키기 위한 수평이동기구를 포함하며, 수평이동기구의 동력원을 서보모터로 구성하고, 번인보드의 소켓핀에 대한 세정시 상기 서보모터를 정,역방향으로 반복적으로 구동시켜 번인보드에 탑재된 스테이지를 수평방향으로 0.1~1mm 왕복이동시킴으로써 세정헤드조립체와 번인보드의 소켓핀 사이에서 마찰이 유발되게 한 것이다.
