Abstract The present invention provides a sludge solidifying agent composition including: 10 to 70 wt% of a sludge dry fuel; 20 to 75 wt% of paper combustion ashes; 5 to 20 wt% of recycled zeolite; and 5 to 20 wt% of sludge incineration ashes.
