Abstract The present invention relates to a platform and method for producing ammonia, which use marine regenerated energy to produce hydrogen through a water electrolyzer, and a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) receiving a part of the thus produced hydrogen is used to supply work and heat required for producing ammonia. Particularly, the platform for producing ammonia according to the present invention includes: a hydrogen-storing unit configured to store compressed hydrogen supplied thereto; a nitrogen-producing unit configured to isolate and produce nitrogen from the air supplied from the ambient atmosphere; and an ammonia-synthesizing unit configured to synthesize ammonia from the compressed hydrogen stored in the hydrogen-storing unit and nitrogen produced by the nitrogen-producing unit. 본 발명의 목적은 해양 재생 에너지를 이용하여 수전해기를 통해 수소를 생산하고 생산된 수소 중 일부를 공급받는 고체 산화물 연료 전지(SOFC)를 이용하여 암모니아 생산에 필요한 일과 열을 공급하는 암모니아 생산 플랫폼 및 생산 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명에 따른 암모니아 생산 플랫폼은, 공급되는 압축된 수소를 저장하는 수소 저장부; 대기로부터 공급되는 공기 중 질소를 분리하여 생성하는 질소 생성부; 및 상기 수소 저장부에 저장되어 있는 압축된 수소와 상기 질소 생성부에 의해 생성된 질소를 합성하는 암모니아 합성부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
