Abstract | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a rubber bush coupled thereto, which comprises: a process of pre-processing a surface of an adhesive surface between a stabilizer bar and a rubber bush; a process of performing induction heating on the surface of the adhesive surface of the stabilizer bar to a temperature set within the range of 180 to 230°C an adhesion preparation process consisting of a process of applying an adhesive to the adhesive surface of the rubber bush; a process of assembling the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush to be placed on an assembly jig, and applying a compressive force to attach the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush; a post-heating process of maintaining the temperature of the adhesive by passing the assembly of the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush, assembled in the compressed state, through a heating furnace at 170 to 200℃; and a removal process of removing the assembly of the stabilizer bar and the rubber bush from the assembly jig. Therefore, the present invention can prevent product quality deterioration due to high-temperature heating and increase production efficiency.
본 발명은 스태빌라이저바와 고무 부시의 접착면 표면의 전처리 과정, 스태빌라이저바의 접착면 표면을 180~230℃ 범위 내에서 설정된 온도로 유도가열하는 공정과, 고무 부시의 접착면에 접착제를 도포하는 공정으로 이루어진 접착 준비 과정, 스태빌라이저바와 고무 부시를 조립하여 조립 지그에 배치한 후 압축력을 가하여 접착하는 과정, 압축 상태로 조립된 스태빌라이저바와 고무 부시의 조립체를 170~200℃의 가열로에 통과시켜 접착제의 온도를 유지하는 후가열 과정, 조립 지그로부터 스태빌라이저바와 고무 부시의 조립체를 탈거하는 탈거 과정으로 구성되어, 고온 가열에 의한 제품 품질 저하를 방지하고 생산 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 고무 부시를 결합한 스태빌라이저바 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. |
