Disclosed is a filter water spout attached to a washbasin faucet. The filter water spout is able to horizontally and vertically rotate to selectively change the discharge direction of water, and has an embedded filter capable of purifying water. The filter water spout attached to a washbasin faucet comprises: a connection nozzle screw-coupled to a washbasin faucet and provided with a vertical connection pipe extended downwards; an elbow pipe having a vertical accommodation pipe formed in a vertical direction to vertically insert the vertical connection pipe of the connection nozzle thereinto, and a horizontal accommodation pipe formed in a horizontal direction to horizontally insert a horizontal connection pipe of a nozzle body thereinto; the nozzle body having the horizontal connection pipe formed on a side thereof to be inserted into the horizontal accommodation pipe of the elbow pipe in the horizontal direction, wherein an upper portion thereof is opened to accommodate a purification filter assembly therein; a nozzle cap coupled to an upper portion of the nozzle body; a horizontal rotating member to horizontally rotate and couple the vertical connection pipe of the connection nozzle to the vertical accommodation pipe of the elbow pipe; and a vertical rotating member to vertically rotate and couple the horizontal connection pipe of the nozzle body to the horizontal accommodation pipe of the elbow pipe.
