Abstract | The present invention relates to a maintenance and management device for a bus platform system. In an internal controller of a waiting area of the bus platform equipped with a cooling device, a cooling/heating chair, an internal air circulation device, and a forced exhaust system for contaminated air, its own failure is diagnosed, in case of failure, the failure is transmitted to a maintenance server through a wireless LTE or IoT modem to store data according to a type of the failure in an error database, and at the same time the location and failure of a maintenance manager′s smartphone so that a maintenance manager responds to the failure in real time. Therefore, the present invention can not only reduce customer complaints, but also identify on-site failure conditions before responding, reduce management costs by remotely managing the bus platform system, and efficiently manage and optimize the maintenance of the bus platform system.
본 발명은 버스 승강장 시스템의 유지보수 관리장치에 관한 것으로,냉각장치와 냉·온열 의자와 내부 공기 순환 장치 및 오염공기 강제 배출 장치를 설치한 버스 승강장의 대기구역의 내부 컨트롤러에서 자체 고장을 진단하고 고장 발생 시 무선 LTE 또는 IoT 모뎀을 통하여 유지보수 서버에 전달하여 고장의 종류에 따른 데이터를 오류 데이터베이스에 저장하도록 하는 동시에 유지보수 관리자의 스마트폰에 고장 발생 위치와 고장 현상을 전달하여 실시간으로 고장에 대응하도록 함으로써 고객의 불만을 줄임은 물론, 현장 고장상태를 대응 전에 파악하며 원격지 관리하여 관리 비용을 절감하고, 버스 승강장 시스템의 유지보수를 효율적 관리 및 최적화 할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다. |
