Abstract According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for steering control of an underwater moving body comprises: a fixing rudder controlling a driving direction of an underwater moving body; a control rudder rotationally coupled to the fixing rudder by a rudder shaft; at least one winglet coupled to the control rudder to operate in accordance with a driving speed of the underwater moving body; a power transmission unit transmitting a rotational force of the control rudder to the winglet; and a restriction unit restricting the power transmission unit in accordance with the driving speed of the underwater moving body. 본 발명의 일실시예에서는, 수중운동체의 주행방향을 제어하는 고정타; 타축에 의해 고정타와 회전가능하게 결합되는 제어타; 제어타에 결합되어 수중운동체의 주행속도에 따라 작동되는 적어도 하나의 윙렛; 제어타의 회전력을 윙렛에 전달시키는 동력전달부; 및 수중운동체의 주행속도에 따라 동력전달부를 단속시키는 단속부;를 포함하는, 수중운동체의 주행방향 제어장치를 제공한다.
