According to the present invention, a private cloud apparatus having a function of increasing file reading speed includes a substrate which includes a communication part for performing communication with a user terminal, an original data storage part for storing original data, a read-only data storage part for storing read-only data, and a controller which stores the original data in the original data storage part when a data storage request is received from the user terminal, converts original data into read-only data and stores the same in the read-only data storage part, and extracts and provides corresponding data from the read-only data storage part when a read request is received from the user terminal, and a prevention member which surrounds some or all of the communication part, the original data storage part, the read-only data storage part, the control part, and the substrate. 본 발명에 따른 파일 읽기 속도 향상 기능을 갖는 사설 클라우드 장치는 사용자 단말과 통신을 수행하는 통신부와, 원본 데이터를 저장하는 원본 데이터 저장부와, 읽기 전용 데이터를 저장하는 읽기 전용 데이터 저장부와, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 데이터 저장 요청이 수신되면, 원본 데이터를 상기 원본 데이터 저장부에 저장하고, 원본 데이터를 읽기 전용 데이터로 변환하여 상기 읽기 전용 데이터 저장부에 저장하고, 상기 사용자 단말기로부터 읽기 요청이 수신되면 상기 읽기 전용 데이터 저장부로부터 해당 데이터를 추출하여 제공하는 제어부를 포함하는 기판; 및 상기 통신부, 상기 원본 데이터 저장부, 상기 읽기 전용 데이터 저장부, 상기 제어부 및 상기 기판을 일부 또는 전부를 둘러싸도록 구비되는 방지재를 포함할 수 있다.
