The resent invention relates to a personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form writing system. Technical objects to resolve are to verify and guide for complying with legal requirements of the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form based on information of a target organization or a company, and to create the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form easily, accurately, and inexpensively by generating big data through statistical analysis for other personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent forms. The present invention includes: a condition data input unit which receives information of the target organization or company requiring the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form when creating the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form as condition data; a law information database unit where law information related to personal information protection law for writing the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form is stored; a basic format provision unit which provides basic contents by items included in the personal information collection, usage, and provision informed consent form; and a legal verification and guide unit which determines whether the basic contents satisfy legal requirements corresponding to the condition data based on the law information and provides first guide information for complying with laws for items that does not satisfy the legal requirements. 본 발명은 개인정보수집이용제공동의서 작성 시스템에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 대상 기관 또는 기업의 정보에 기초하여 개인정보수집이용제공동의서의 법적 요구사항을 준수하기 위한 검증 및 가이드 하고, 다른 개인정보수집이용제공동의서에 대한 통계분석을 통한 빅 데이터를 생성하여 보다 쉽고 정확하며 저렴하게 개인정보수집이용제공동의서를 만들 수 있는데 있다. 일례로, 개인정보수집이용제공동의서의 양식 생성 시 개인정보수집이용제공동의서의 양식을 필요로 하는 대상 기관 또는 기업의 정보를 조건데이터로 입력 받는 조건데이터 입력부; 개인정보수집이용제공동의서의 작성을 위한 개인정보보호법과 관련된 법률정보가 저장된 법률정보 데이터베이스부; 개인정보수집이용제공동의서의 양식에 포함되는 항목 별 기본내용을 제공하는 기본양식 제공부; 및 상기 법률정보에 기초하여, 상기 기본내용이 상기 조건데이터에 해당하는 법적 요구사항을 각각 충족하는지 여부를 판단하고, 법적 요구사항을 충족하지 않은 사항에 대하여 법 준수를 위한 제1 가이드 정보를 제공하는 법적 검증 및 가이드부를 포함하는 개인정보수집이용제공동의서 작성 시스템을 개시한다.
