A technical objective of the present invention is to provide a cutting insert capable of improving chip processability. According to the present invention, the cutting insert comprises: a cutting insert path including an upper surface, a lower surface, and a plurality of side surfaces connecting the upper surface and the lower surface. The upper surface includes a first corner cut-in, and a first and a second side cut-in forming both side edges around the first corner cut-in.
