Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a shoe upper fabric and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a shoe upper fabric, wherein the fabric provides satisfactory thickness and elasticity and is capable of being dyed uniformly. The manufacturing method of a shoe upper fabric comprises: a step of feeding a first polyester yarn, a second polyester yarn, a first polyurethane yarn, and a second polyurethane yarn, which are respectively wound around a plurality of bobbins, by unwinding the same in a straight line; a step of plaiting the fed first polyester yarn and first polyurethane yarn into a first plaited yarn, and plaiting the fed second polyester yarn and second polyurethane yarn into a second plaited yarn; a step of knitting the first plaited yarn and the second plaited yarn, which have been plaited, by a circular knitting machine so as to produce a fabric; a step of cutting one side of the fabric so as to split the same; and a step of dyeing the split fabric to correspond to a predetermined dyeing pattern. 본 발명은 신발 갑피용 원단 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 두께감과 탄력성을 동시에 만족할 수 있고 염색도 균일하게 이루어질 수 있는 신발 갑피용 원단 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 복수 개의 보빈에 각각 감긴 제1폴리에스터사와 제2폴리에스터사와 제1폴리우레탄사 및 제2폴리우레탄사를 직선으로 풀어서 공급하는 단계; 공급된 상기 제1폴리에스터사와 상기 제1폴리우레탄사를 제1합사로 합사하고 상기 제2폴리에스터사와 상기 제2폴리우레탄사를 제2합사로 합사하는 단계; 합사된 상기 제1합사와 상기 제2합사를 환편기로 편직하여 원단을 제조하는 단계; 제조된 상기 원단의 일측을 절단하여 개폭하는 단계; 및 개폭된 상기 원단을 기설정된 염색패턴에 대응되게 염색하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 갑피용 원단 제조방법을 기술적 요지로 한다.
