The present invention discloses an electrode boiler system with maximized heat efficiency. The present invention includes: an electrode boiler having an electrode rod immersed in the circulation water of a container; an outflow water temperature sensor for measuring the outflow water temperature of the circulation water discharged from the electrode boiler; a hot water heat exchanger, into which the circulation water discharged from the electrode boiler is introduced so as to carry out heat exchange with the hot water of a hot water pipe; a heating heat exchanger into which the circulation water discharged from the hot water heat exchanger is introduced so as to carry out heat exchange with the heating water of a heating pipe; a circulation water circulation pump for allowing the circulation water discharged from the heating heat exchanger to be introduced into the container of the electrode boiler and to circulate; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the electrode boiler according to the outflow water temperature. According to the present invention, simple piping allows less heat loss and recycling of waste heat, thereby enabling efficient individual heating, and noise is low and facility maintenance is simple, thereby enabling the use in heating systems for accommodations. 본 발명에서는 열효율을 극대화한 전극보일러 시스템을 개시하였다. 본 발명은 용기의 순환수에 잠겨있는 전극봉을 구비하는 전극보일러; 상기 전극보일러에서 배출되는 순환수의 출수 온도를 측정하는 출수 온도센서; 상기 전극보일러에서 배출된 순환수가 유입되어 온수용 배관의 온수와 열교환할 수 있는 온수용 열교환기; 상기 온수용 열교환기에서 배출된 순환수가 유입되어 난방용 배관의 난방수와 열교환할 수 있는 난방용 열교환기; 상기 난방용 열교환기에서 배출된 순환수를 전극보일러의 용기로 유입시켜 순환하도록 하는 순환수 순환펌프; 및 상기 출수 온도에 따라 상기 전극보일러의 가동을 제어하는 제어부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 간단한 배관으로 열 손실이 적고 폐열을 재활용할 수 있어서 효율적인 개별난방을 할 수 있고, 저소음이며 설비 유지 보수가 간단하여 숙박업소용 난방 시스템에 활용할 수 있다.
