The present invention relates to an exterior device for a building, which is capable of automatically cleaning external surfaces of exterior panels with water, and comprises: a plurality of horizontal pipes which are fixed to the external wall of a building in a multi-stage horizontal direction, respectively have a vertical supply pipe connected to one end of each side, respectively have a vertical discharge pipe connected to the other end of each side, and have multiple vertical pipes formed at lateral intervals in the upper front of each side; a first connection pipe which is connected between the vertical supply pipe and the water tank and has a pump and a water supply valve installed in the middle; a second connection pipe which is connected between the vertical discharge pipe and the water tank and has a water discharge valve installed in the middle; and a plurality of outer panels which have a horizontal pipe insertion groove which has a rear chamber formed on the rear side with the middle blocking wall as a boundary, have a front chamber on the front side, have a rear side and a lower side opened on the lower side of the rear side, have a porous property in which the vertical pipe is opened in the front side of the upper surface of the middle block plate by a predetermined abnormality, wherein the horizontal pipe is inserted into the horizontal pipe insertion groove, the vertical pipe is inserted into the middle front side of the upper surface of the horizontal pipe insertion hole, and the lower side of the middle blocking plate is provided with a check valve which is opened when the pressure of the water filled in the rear chamber is higher than or equal to a set value. Each of the vertical insertion portion and the horizontal tube insertion groove of each of the exterior panels is inserted from top to bottom in the vertical tube and the horizontal tube. According to the present invention, the exterior panels are constructed in a multi-stage structure in which a side portion closely contacts the outer wall of a building. 본 발명은 외장패널들의 외면 물청소를 자동으로 할 수 있는 건축물 외장 장치에 관한 것으로, 건축물 외벽에 다단의 수평 방향으로 고정되고, 각각의 일측 단부에는 수직 공급관이 연결되고, 각각의 타측 단부에는 수직 배출관이 연결되며, 각각의 상부 전방에는 좌우 간격으로 두고 다수의 수직관이 구비되는 다수의 수평관과; 상기 수직 공급관과 물탱크의 사이에 연결되고 중간에는 펌프와 물 공급밸브가 설치된 제1 연결관과; 상기 수직 배출관과 물탱크의 사이에 연결되고 중간에는 물 배출밸브가 설치된 제2 연결관과; 내부에는 중간 차단벽을 경계로 하여 후방에는 후방실이 형성되고 전방에는 전방실이 형성되며, 후면의 하부에는 후방과 양측 및 하부가 개방되어 상기 수평관이 삽입되는 수평관 삽입홈이 형성되고, 수평관 삽입홈 상면의 좌우 방향의 중간 전방에는 상기 수직관이 삽입 관통되는 수직 삽입부가 후방실과 연통되게 형성되며, 전방실의 전방에는 물을 통과시키는 다공성을 가진 외장판이 고정되고, 상기 중간 차단판의 하부에는 후방실에 채워지는 물의 압력이 설정 이상으로 높아지면 개방되는 체크밸브가 구비된 다수의 외장패널;을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 외장패널의 수직 삽입부와 수평관 삽입홈이 각각의 상기 수직관과 수평관에 상부에서 하부로 삽입되어, 외장패널들이 건축물 외벽에 측부가 밀착되게 한 층씩 시공되어 다단으로 시공되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
