The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing fermented roughage for a domestic animal. Specifically, the present invention relates to a device for manufacturing fermented roughage, capable of easily manufacturing fermented roughage for a domestic animal in bulk. According to the present invention, the device for manufacturing fermented roughage for a domestic animal includes: first and second unwinding units unwinding a bale using a pair of unwinding rolls rotating the round bale prepared by compressing and rolling the roughage; a foreign substance detecting unit for detecting foreign substances mixed in the roughage individually unwound from the first and second unwinding units; an overlapping unit vertically overlapping the roughage by separately moving the roughage passing through the foreign substance detecting unit by being individually unwound from the first and second unwinding units and joining the roughage; the foreign substance detecting unit for detecting the foreign substances mixed in the roughage passing through the overlapping unit; a solid removing unit grinding and separating a solid mixed in the roughage by vertically compressing the roughage overlapping after passing through the overlapping unit; a cutting unit finely cutting the roughage having passed through the solid removing unit; and a fermentation fungus treating unit spraying fermentation fungi to the roughage which is cut by the cutting unit and mixing the same. 본 발명은 가축용 발효 조사료 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 가축용 발효 조사료를 대량으로 손쉽게 제조할 수 있는 발효 조사료 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 가축용 발효 조사료 제조장치는 조사료를 동그랗게 말아서 압축시킨 원형 베일을 회전하는 한 쌍의 해권롤을 이용하여 상기 베일을 푸는 제 1 및 제 2해권부와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2해권부에서 각각 풀려나오는 조사료 중에 혼입된 이물질을 검출하기 위한 이물질검출부와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2해권부에서 각각 풀려나와 상기 이물질검출부를 통과한 조사료를 따로 이동시키다가 합류시키면서 상하로 포개는 중첩부와, 상기 중첩부를 통과하는 조사료 중에 혼입된 이물질을 검출하기 위한 이물질검출부와, 상기 중첩부를 통과하여 포개진 조사료를 상하 방향에서 압착하여 조사료 중에 혼입된 고형물을 분쇄하여 분리하는 고형물제거부와, 상기 고형물제거부를 통과한 조사료를 잘게 절단하는 세절부와, 상기 세절부에서 절단된 조사료에 발효균을 살포하여 교반하는 발효균처리부를 구비한다.
