The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fabric softener, and a fabric softener stirring device for stirring the fabric softener manufactured thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fabric softener for preventing the yellowing of a fabric and improving hygroscopic properties; and to a fabric softener stirring device for stirring the fabric softener manufactured thereby. To this end, the manufacturing method of a fabric softener comprises the following a mixing step of mixing 20 to 30 parts by weight of silicone with 100 parts by weight of purified water to prepare silicone mixed purified water; a stirring step of stirring the silicone mixed purified water; and an aging step of aging the stirred silicone mixed purified water. 본 발명은 섬유 유연제 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 섬유 유연제를 교반하는 섬유 유연제 교반장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 섬유의 황변 현상을 방지하고, 흡습성을 개선한 섬유 유연제 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 섬유 유연제를 교반하는 섬유 유연제 교반장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 섬유 유연제 제조방법은 정제수 100 중량부에 실리콘 20~30 중량부를 혼합하여 실리콘 혼합 정제수를 제조하는 혼합단계; 실리콘 혼합 정제수를 교반하는 교반단계; 및 교반된 실리콘 혼합 정제수를 숙성하는 숙성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
