Summary: | The present invention provides an electron pulse generating device for manufacturing aluminum (Al) alloy which refines a texture and can control an intermetallic compound. The electron pulse generating device comprises: an electron pulse generating part; and a molten metal agitating part located under the electron pulse generating part. Single pulse energy of the electron pulse generating part is determined by equation 1. A pulse condition for a molten metal of a specific capacity can be determined based on a relationship of impact energy, a frequency and a processing time of a single pulse.
