Summary:The present invention relates to a deicing system and a method of a ship apparatus using magnetostrictive materials. In the case of freezing of the various apparatuses (passage, handrail, stairs, etc.) provided on an outer deck of a ship for polar expeditions sailing to an ice field, electricity is generated by an impact of ice against a bow of the ship and the generated electricity is used to automatically deice the frozen ice by generating magnetostrictive vibrations of the magnetostrictive materials installed in the apparatus. 본 발명은 빙해역을 운항하는 극지운항선박의 외부 갑판에 마련되는 각종 기자재(통행로, 난간, 계단 등)에 결빙이 발생한 경우, 극지운항선박의 선수부에 부딪히는 얼음과의 충격을 통해 전기를 생산하고 생산된 전기를 이용하여 해당 기자재에 설치되는 자기변형재료들의 자왜 진동을 발생시켜 결빙된 얼음을 자동으로 제빙할 수 있는 자기변형재료를 이용한 극지 기자재 제빙 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
