The present invention relates to a moving toy which provides more entertaining action when the moving toy lost a balance due to movement. The moving toy (10) comprises: a base member (20) capable of transitioning a grounding part; a cylindrical shape tower member (10) erected from the base member (20); a ball body arrangement portion (40) arranged with a ball body (50); and sphere body arranging members (60, 70) provided with ball body hitting portions (62, 72) hit with the ball body (50) and sphere body arranging portions (61, 71) arranged with a sphere body (80), wherein the sphere arranging members (60, 70) are provided to freely move in the tower member (10), and the ball body (50) passes through the inside of the tower member (10) after being separated from the ball body arranging portion (40) by corresponding to a grounded state of the base member (20). 동요하여 밸런스를 잃은 경우의 액션이, 종래보다도 더욱 즐거운 동요완구를 제공한다. 동요완구(10)는, 접지하는 부위가 천이 가능한 베이스 부재(20)와, 베이스 부재(20)로부터 세워지는 통형상의 타워 부재(10)와, 볼체(50)가 배치되는 볼체 배치부(40)와, 구체(80)가 배치되는 구체 배치부(61, 71)와 볼체(50)가 부딪치는 볼체 타당부(62, 72)를 구비하는 구체 배치 부재(60, 70)를 가지며, 구체 배치 부재(60, 70)는 타워 부재(10)에 요동 자유롭게 마련되고, 볼체(50)는, 베이스 부재(20)의 접지 상태에 응하여 볼체 배치부(40)로부터 이탈하여 타워 부재(10)의 내부를 통과한다.
