Summary:Disclosed are a processing method of three dimensional radiographic images and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the processing method of three dimensional radiographic images including a target comprises: a first surface space information obtaining unit configured to obtain space information of a first surface; a first target image obtaining unit configured to determine a first section by considering the space information of the first surface and location information that a first target has and to project tomographic images included in the first section to obtain a two dimensional projection image including the first target; and a second target image obtaining unit configured to obtain boundary information for distinguishing the target into the first target and a second target and to obtain a two dimensional projection image including the second target by using the boundary information and the space information of the first surface. Therefore, the processing method can obtain accurate space information with respect to a target included in a three dimensional radiographic image. 3차원 방사선 영상의 처리 방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 타겟을 포함하는 3차원 방사선 영상의 처리 장치는, 제1 면의 공간 정보를 획득하는 제1 면 공간 정보 획득부, 제1 타겟이 갖는 위치 정보 및 제1 면의 공간 정보를 고려하여 제1 구간을 결정하고, 제1 구간에 포함되는 단층 영상들을 투영하여 제1 타겟을 포함하는 2차원의 투영 영상을 획득하는 제1 타겟 영상 획득부 및 타겟을 제1 타겟과, 제2 타겟으로 구별하기 위한 바운더리 정보를 획득하고, 바운더리 정보와 제1 면의 공간 정보를 이용하여, 제2 타겟을 포함하는 2차원의 투영 영상을 획득하는 제2 타겟 영상 획득부를 포함한다.
