Abstract | The present invention relates to a converter operation method, and more particularly, to a converter operation method for reducing concentration of oxygen and nitrogen contained in a metal molten product. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the converter operation method includes processes of: charging the metal molten product into a converter; injecting oxygen gas into the converter at an upper portion of the converter; measuring concentration of a carbon component in the metal molten product; and supplying powder of a carbon-containing substance to the metal molten product at the upper portion of the converter in accordance with the measured concentration of the carbon component.
본 발명은 전로 조업 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 금속 용융물 중에 함유되는 산소 농도와 질소 농도를 저감시키기 위한 전로 조업 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 전로 조업 방법은 전로 내에 금속 용융물을 장입하는 과정; 상기 전로의 상부에서 상기 전로 내에 산소 가스를 취입하는 과정; 상기 금속 용융물 중의 탄소 성분의 농도를 측정하는 과정; 및 상기 측정된 탄소 성분의 농도에 따라, 상기 전로의 상부에서 상기 금속 용융물에 탄소 함유물의 분말을 공급하는 과정;을 포함한다. |
