Abstract | The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a scaffold and a method for manufacturing a scaffold using the same. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a first mold including a second mold receiving part radially disposed around a center part and a connection part where a propeller blade can be detached and attached to an upper side of the center part; a second mold capable of being received and removed in the second mold receiving part; and a propeller blade coupled to the connection part, wherein the second mold receiving part is connected to the center part through a support part. The scaffold can be manufactured quickly and easily, and unnecessary waste and consumption of the scaffold material which may occur during a scaffold manufacturing process can be prevented through a rotating drying process.
본 발명은 중심부를 중심으로 방사형으로 배치되는 제2 몰드 수용부 및 상기 중심부의 상측으로 프로펠러 날개가 탈착 및 부착될 수 있는 연결부를 포함하는 제1 몰드; 상기 제2 몰드 수용부에 수납 및 탈거될 수 있는 제2 몰드; 및 상기 연결부에 결합되는 프로펠러 날개;를 포함하며, 상기 제2 몰드 수용부는 상기 중심부와 지지부를 통해 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 건조 방식의 스캐폴드 제조 장치 및 이를 사용한 스캐폴드 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 신속하고 간편하게 스캐폴드를 제조할 수 있으며, 회전 건조 공정을 통한 스캐폴드 제조 과정 중에서 발생될 수 있는 스캐폴드 재료의 불필요한 낭비와 소모를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
