Abstract | The present invention discloses: a tumor microenvironment-activated peptide lipid zygote; a nano complex for drug delivery comprising nanostructures; and an anti-cancer drug delivery agent comprising the same. In the nanocomplex according to the present invention, peptides which are specifically cleaved by proteins overexpressed in a tumor microenvironment form micro-pores, and can efficiently deliver anticancer agents specifically to tumor cells. Thus, the drug delivery system of the present invention has the advantage of selectively activating cytotoxic drugs, thereby reducing side effects of cytotoxic drugs on normal tissues.
본원은 하나 이상의 종양미세환경 감응형 펩타이드 지질 접합체; 및 나노구조체를 포함하는 약물전달용 나노복합체 및 이를 포함하는 항암 약물전달체를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 나노복합체는 종양미세환경에서 과발현되는 단백질에 의해 특이적으로 절단되는 펩타이드가 미세막공을 형성하여, 종양 세포 특이적으로 항암제를 효율적으로 전달할 수 있다. 따라서 본원의 약물전달체는 세포독성이 있는 약물을 선택적으로 활성화시키고, 그럼으로써 정상 조직에 대한 세포독성 약물의 부작용을 감소시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. |
