Abstract The present invention relates to an eco-friendly building material using perlite manufactured by mixing a silicate-based adhesive including liquid sodium silicate to an inorganic material including perlite. The eco-friendly building material has an insulation effect, is light and durable and has less toxicity, thereby being capable of forming a pleasant indoor environment without emission of harmful environment materials. 본 발명은 펄라이트를 포함하는 무기질재료에 액상 규산나트륨을 포함하는 규산염계 접착제를 혼합하여 제조된 펄라이트를 이용한 친환경 건축자재에 관한 것으로 보온 단열효과가 있고 경량성이며 내구성이 강하고 독성이 적어서 유해환경물질의 배출 없이 쾌적한 실내 환경을 조성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
