According to the present invention, an easily attachable and detachable food waste filtering device comprises: a circular support having an opening part formed in a center thereof; and a filtering sieve to wrap an overall circular support. The filtering sieve comprises: an opening part formed to place the circular support into the filtering sieve; a filtering sieve front surface part and a filtering sieve rear surface part formed in an envelope shape to wrap a top and bottom of the overall circular support; a plurality of moisture discharging holes formed on the filtering sieve front surface part and the filtering sieve rear surface part to discharge moisture coming from food waste; and a handle unit installed in both ends of the opening part of the filtering sieve to easily separate the filtering sieve from the circular support. The filtering sieve is formed in a rectangular envelope shape; and the handle unit formed on both ends of the opening part is formed on two adjacent edges from four edges of a rectangle. A popping prevention unit to prevent popping of the filtering sieve due to food waste and moisture contained therein is able to further be included on two adjacent edges on which the handle unit is not formed. The filter sieve further comprises a hanging unit formed to be hung on a filtering sieve hanger to discharge food waste and moisture contained in the filtering sieve after being separated from the circular support and to facilitate storage. The circular support comprises: an inner support made of plastic or metal, shaping a shape of the circular support; and an outer support made of silicon to wrap the overall surface of an inner support rod. 본 발명에 의한 탈부착이 용이한 음식물쓰레기 여과장치는 중심에 개구부가 형성되어 있는 환형지지대; 및 상기 환형지지대 전체를 감싸는 거름망을 포함하고, 상기 거름망은, 상기 환형지지대를 거름망의 내부에 집어넣을 수 있도록 형성된 열림부; 상기 환형지지대를 위아래로 모두 감싸 안을 수 있도록 봉투 모양으로 형성된 거름망 앞면부와 거름망 뒷면부; 음식물쓰레기에서 나오는 수분을 배출하기 위하여 상기 거름망 앞면부와 거름망 뒷면부에 형성되는 복수개의 수분배출구; 및 상기 거름망을 상기 환형지지대에서 쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 상기 거름망의 열림부 양단에 설치되는 손잡이부;를 포함한다. 상기 거름망은 사각형의 봉투모양으로 형성되고, 상기 열림부의 양단에 형성되는 손잡이부는 사각형의 네개의 모서리중 서로 인전합 두 개의 모서리에 형성되며, 상기 손잡이부가 형성되지 않은 서로 인접한 두 개의 모서리에는 상기 거름망에 음식물쓰레기와 수분이 담겨져서 거름망이 터지는 것을 방지하기 위한 터짐방지부를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 거름망은 상기 환형지지대에서 분리된 후 거름망에 담겨진 음식물쓰레기의 수분이 배출되고 보관을 용이하게 하기 위해서, 거름망 걸이에 걸릴 수 있도록 형성된 걸림부를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 환형지지대는 플라스틱 또는 금속으로 형성되어, 환형지지대의 모양을 잡아주는 내부지지대 및 상기 내부지지대의 전체면을 감싸도록 하여 실리콘으로 형성되는 외부지지대를 포함할 수 있다.
