Summary:Provided are an IoT-based sensor, a facility maintenance management system using an unmanned vehicle, and a method thereof. A plurality of IoT-based sensors are provided in a facility to primarily detect abnormal operations of the facility in real time, and when the abnormal operations are detected or when needed, precisely measures the abnormal operations of the facility by photographing through an unmanned vehicle so as to determine the current state of the facility and whether or not abnormal operations occur in the facility. Therefore, false alarms due to errors of measurement sensors and the like can be prevented by double checking through the IoT-based sensors and the unmanned vehicle. 시설물에 다수 구비된 사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 센서에 의해 1차적으로 시설물의 이상 거동을 실시간으로 계측하고, 이상 거동이 감지된 경우 또는 필요시 무인비행체의 영상 촬영에 의해 2차적으로 시설물의 이상 거동을 정밀 계측함으로써 시설물의 현재 상태와 이상 거동 유무를 판단할 수 있고, IoT 기반 센서유닛과 무인비행체를 통해 이중 점검을 수행함으로써 계측센서의 오류 등에 의한 오경보를 방지할 수 있는 사물인터넷 기반 센서와 무인비행체를 이용한 시설물 유지관리 시스템 및 그 방법이 제공된다.
