The present invention relates to a weight measurement type indoor management apparatus for food wastes, to control a food waste discharge hole of each floor of an apartment housing in order to allow food waste to be fallen to a collection yard through a pipe by self-weight. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a weight measurer installed to weigh the weight of food wastes in a discharge unit side of a pipe; a valve means installed in an upper part of the weight measurer to block transfer of the food wastes fallen through the pipe; a discharge hole control unit to transmit /receive payment card information of a user and discharge hole information, and to control the food waste discharge hole in accordance with the payment card information; a central processing device controlling the opening/closing of the valve means, calculating a food waste collection fee from a signal for the weight of the food wastes received from the food waste discharge hole to output collection fee information and using the payment card information to process payment of a food waste collection fee; a collection yard server to receive/store the discharge hole information and user information, and to transmit data to a card company server and an environmental management cooperation server; and a communication network to realize data communication between the discharge hole control unit and the central processing device. 본 발명은 옥내용 음식물쓰레기 중량계량형 관리장치에 관한 것으로서, 음식물쓰레기가 자중에 의해 낙하하여 관로를 통해 집하장으로 배출되도록 공동주택의 층별 음식물쓰레기 투입구를 제어하는 옥내용 음식물쓰레기 중량계량형 관리장치에 있어서, 상기 관로의 배출부 측에 음식물쓰레기의 중량을 계량하기 위해 설치된 중량 계량기; 상기 중량 계량기의 상부에 설치되어 관로를 따라 낙하하는 음식물쓰레기의 이송을 차단하기 위해 설치된 밸브수단; 사용자의 결제카드 정보 및 투입구 정보를 송수신하며 상기 결제카드 정보에 따라 음식물쓰레기 투입구를 제어하는 투입구 제어부; 상기 밸브수단의 개폐 구동을 제어하고, 쓰레기 투입구로부터 수신된 음식물쓰레기의 중량에 대한 신호로부터 쓰레기 수거 요금을 계산하여 출력하며, 상기 결제카드정보를 이용하여 쓰레기 수거 요금의 결제를 처리하는 중앙처리장치; 상기 중앙처리장치로부터 전송된 결제 데이터와, 투입구 정보 및 사용자 정보를 전송받아 저장하고, 카드사 서버와 환경공단 서버에 데이터를 전송하는 집하장 서버; 및, 상기 투입구 제어부와 중앙처리장치 사이에 데이터 송수신이 이루어지는 통신네트워크를 포함하는 옥내용 음식물쓰레기 중량계량형 관리장치에 관 한 것이다.
