Abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for detecting Shigella, a method for detecting Shigella by using the same, and a method for producing an antibody for detecting Shigella. Specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for detecting Shigella, wherein the composition includes an antibody which is not bound with E. coli serogroups O28, O42, O96, O121, O152, O161, O124, and O159 and an ONT fungus body from antibodies with respect to Shigella dysenteriae type 1; a method for detecting Shigella by making the composition come in contact with a specimen; and a method for producing the antibody. According to the composition and the method of the present invention, cross reactions with various saprophytes existing in the specimen are minimized, so Shigella can be rapidly and accurately detected. Even when existing at a very low concentration in the specimen, Shigella can be detected. In particular, according to the present invention, Shigella can be isolated from a specimen while being alive, so the present invention is very useful in a Shigella diagnosis requiring a user to directly confirm a fungus body.
본 발명은 세균성 이질균 검출용 조성물, 이를 이용한 세균성 이질균 검출방법 및 세균성 이질균 검출용 항체 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 쉬겔라 디센테리에 타입 1에 대한 항체 중 대장균 혈청군 O28, O42, O96, O121, O152, O161, O124, O159 및 ONT 균체에 결합하지 않는 항체를 포함하는 세균성 이질균 검출용 조성물, 이 조성물을 검체와 접촉시켜 세균성 이질균을 검출하는 방법 및 상기 항체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세균성 이질균 검출용 조성물 및 검출방법에 따르면 검체 내에 존재하는 다양한 비병원성균들과의 교차반응을 최소화하여 세균성 이질균의 신속 정확한 검출이 가능하며, 검체 내에 세균성 이질균이 매우 적은 농도로 존재하더라도 검출할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명에 따르면 세균성 이질균을 살아있는 상태로 검체로부터 분리해낼 수 있어 균체를 직접 확인할 필요가 있는 세균성 이질의 진단에 매우 유용하다. |
