The present invention relates to an angle adjusting device having an improved convenience of an exercising tool handle. The angle adjusting device comprises: a frame; a handle unit connected through a rotation unit to be rotated from the frame; a plate installed on the rotation unit, and including a guide groove formed to have a curvature corresponding to the rotation of the handle unit and two or more hanging grooves formed along a length direction of the guide groove; and a shaft embedded in the handle unit, and having a pressing member formed in one end thereof and a projection formed in the other end thereof, in which the projection protrudes to the outside of the plate to release coupling with the hanging grooves when the pressing member is pressed, and the projection is hung on the hanging grooves when pressing is released. According to the present invention, while a user who uses an exercising tool is in an exercising preparation posture, the user can adjust an angle of the exercising tool handle according to his/her body type by pressing the pressing member of the handle unit. 본 발명은 운동기구 손잡이의 편리성을 증대한 각도 조절 장치에 있어서, 프레임; 상기 프레임으로부터 회전 가능하도록 회동부를 통해 연결된 손잡이부; 상기 손잡이부의 회전에 대응되는 곡률을 가지도록 형성된 가이드홈, 및 상기 가이드홈의 길이방향을 따라 적어도 두 개 이상의 걸림홈이 형성되어 상기 회동부에 설치되는 플레이트; 및 손잡이부에 매입되되, 일단에 구비된 눌림부재가 눌리면 타단에 구비된 돌기가 상기 플레이트의 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 걸림홈과의 체결이 해제되고, 눌림 동작을 해제 시 상기 돌기가 걸림홈에 걸림 가능하도록 하는 샤프트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동기구 손잡이의 편리성을 증대한 각도 조절 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 운동기구를 사용 중인 사용자가 운동 준비 자세를 취한 상태에서 손잡이부의 눌림부재를 누르는 동작으로 본인의 체형에 맞도록 손잡이의 각도를 조절할 수 있는 운동기구 손잡이의 편리성을 증대한 각도 조절 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
