Summary: | The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the weight of an object using an optical cavity. The apparatus comprises: an optical cavity unit having at least two mirrors moved by a load of the object; an optical detection unit detecting light outputted from the optical cavity unit; and a weight determination unit measuring a resonant frequency of the optical cavity unit to determine the weight of the object based on a signal detected by the optical cavity unit. Therefore, the present invention can highly precisely measure the weight.
본 발명은 광공진기를 이용한 피측정물의 무게를 측정하는 장치로서, 피측정물의 하중에 의해 움직이는 적어도 두 개의 거울을 포함하는 광공진부; 상기 광공진부에서 출력되는 광을 검출하는 광검출부; 및 상기 광검출부에서 검출되는 신호에 기초하여 상기 광공진부의 공진주파수를 측정하여 상기 피측정물의 무게를 판단하는 무게판단부를 포함한다. 이에 의해 고정밀도의 무게 측정이 가능하다. |
