Summary: | Provided are a hybrid polymer binder composition, a concrete composition using the binder composition, and secondary products such as a drain pipe using the concrete composition, or the like. According to the present invention, the hybrid polymer binder composition forms an inorganic polymer (geopolymer) using an inorganic-based binder, and at the same time uses an organic polymer. A mixture of the geopolymer and the organic polymer has excellent chemical resistance, and thus is a suitable material for conditions which easily induce corrosion of a structure by penetration of acid through a drain pipe, or the like. Also, the mixture improves mechanical strength such as flexural strength, brittleness, and the like, thereby enhancing durability of the structure subject to apply the mixture.
본 발명은 하이브리드 폴리머 바인더 조성물과, 이 바인더 조성물을 이용한 콘크리트 조성물, 그리고 콘크리트 조성물을 이용한 하수관 등 2차 제품을 제공한다. 본 발명에 다른 하이브리드 폴리머 바인더 조성물은 무기계 바인더를 이용하여 무기폴리머(지오폴리머)를 형성함과 동시에, 유기폴리머를 이용한다. 지오폴리머와 유기폴리머의 혼합물은 내화학성이 우수하여 하수관 등 산의 친입에 의해 구조물의 부식이 쉽게 일어나는 조건에 적합한 재료이며, 휨강도와 취성 등의 기계적 강도를 개선하여 적용 대상 구조물의 내구성을 증진시킨다. |
