Abstract | The present invention relates to a top plate type heat dissipation fin forming tool assembly, capable of forming a heat dissipation fin having a flat surface on a valley and a mountain portion of the heat dissipation fin to increase a contact area with a tube of a heat exchanger, comprising: a first tool unit including a pair of first cover members each having a first louver non-formed portion on an outer circumferential surface thereof, first unit forming tools installed between the first cover members and having first serrated forming portions on an outer circumferential portion of a first body part of a disk and first and second louver formed portions formed on both sides of the first forming portions, and a first coupling part coupling the first cover members and the first unit forming tools; and a second tool unit coupled to the first tool unit to form the heat dissipation fin and including a pair of second cover members each having a second louver non-formed portion on an outer circumferential surface thereof, second unit forming tools installed between the second cover members having second serrated forming portions on an outer circumferential portion of a second body part of the disk and third and fourth louver formed portions prepared on both sides of the second forming portions, and a second coupling part coupling the second cover members and the second unit forming tools. A first lead portion and a first protrusion portion are formed in a vertex portion of the mountain portion and a vertex portion of the valley portion of the first forming part, and a second protrusion portion coupled to the first lead portion and a second lead portion coupled to the first protrusion portion are formed in the valley and mountain portions of the second forming part and coupled to each other to form a flat surface of the vertex portions of the maintain and valley portions when the heat dissipation fin is formed.
