Abstract | The present invention relates to an integrated valve block of controlling a fluid, capable of minimizing a dead volume of a fluid generated in a space between valves and facilitating the flow of the fluid by minimizing a distance between flows by separating a flow path groove and a crossing groove of a flow path plate and a control plate for different flows of the fluid and integrally assembling a movable plate, the flow path plate, and the control plate. The integrated valve block includes: the movable plate which is formed in a shape of a plate, wherein a through hole penetrating from the edge side on one side to the other side is formed and multiple fluid pipes are connected to an inlet of the through hole on the other side; a first sheet mounted on one side of the movable plate and having the through hole at the same position as the through hole of the movable plate; the multiple flow path plate laminated and connected to one side of the first sheet, wherein the multiple through holes penetrating from one side to the other side are formed at the same position as the through hole of the first sheet, and the flow path groove is formed on one side in a longitudinal direction; the second sheet laminated on one side of the flow path plate and having the multiple through holes at the same position as the through hole of the flow path plate; and the control plate laminated on one side of the second sheet, wherein multiple blow holes are formed at fixed intervals on the front surface, the multiple crossing grooves are formed on the other surface to cross the flow path groove of the flow path plate, an inlet hole and an outlet hole are formed on the outer surface, and the multiple valves are connected to one side.
본 발명은 유체의 각기 다른 흐름을 위해 유로판과 조절판의 유로홈과 교차홈으로 구분 제작하고, 유동판, 유로판 및 조절판을 통합 조립하여 각 흐름간의 거리를 최소화하므로 인해 밸브 간의 거리에서 발생하는 유체의 데드 볼륨(Dead volume)을 최소화하고, 흐름을 원활하게 하는 유체 제어 통합형 밸브 블럭에 관한 것으로서, 판 형상으로 형성되어 일측면 외곽측에서 타측면으로 관통되어 형성되는 관통홀이 형성되고, 상기 타측면의 관통홀 입구에 다수의 유체관이 연결되는 유동판과, 상기 유동판의 일측에 정측되며, 상기 관통홀과 동일한 위치에 관통홀이 형성되고, 시트형상으로 형성되는 제1 시트와, 상기 제1 시트의 일측에 적층되어 결합되며, 상기 관통홀과 동일한 위치에 일측에서 타측으로 관통되는 관통홀이 다수 형성되고, 일측면에 길이방향을 따라 유로홈이 다수 형성되는 유로판과, 상기 유로판의 일측에 적층되며, 외측에 상기 유로판의 관통홀과 동일한 위치에 관통홀이 다수 형성되는 제2 시트와, 상기 제2 시트의 일측에 적층되며, 전면에 다수의 기공이 일정 간격으로 형성되고, 타측면에 상기 유로판의 유로홈과 교차되도록 다수의 교차홈이 형성되며, 외측면으로 유입홀 및 배출홀이 형성되고, 일측면에 다수의 밸브가 결합되는 조절판을 포함한다. |
