The present invention provides the underground cable distribution grounding device for the low voltage cabling box which includes the low voltage cabling box (30) with a ground plate exposure hole (32), the ground plate (40) which is installed on the inner side of the low voltage cabling box (30), a cone style burring part (42), a cylindrical guide part (44), an outer reinforcement ring (50), an annular hitching protrusion (54), a combination flange (46), a cone style connection terminal (60), a rod part (66), an annular groove (68), a sealing (70), a coupler (80), and the ground rod (90) which is combined with a ground rod connection part (84).
