The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for removing moisture in a polymer resin. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for effectively removing moisture included in a polymer resin during a process of extruding the polymer resin; and a polymer resin extruded product manufactured by using the same. According to the present invention, load imposed on a shaft or the like included in the apparatus during a extrusion process can be reduced by removing moisture, included in the polymer resin, to be approximately 10 wt% or less during a process of extruding the polymer resin, and physical properties such as elasticity of a final extruded product can be enhanced. 본 발명은 고분자 수지 내 수분 제거 장치 및 제거 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고분자 수지를 압출하는 과정에서 그에 포함된 수분을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 장치 및 방법과 이로부터 제조된 고분자 수지 압출품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고분자 수지를 압출하는 과정에서 그에 포함된 수분을 대략 10중량% 이하의 함량이 되도록 제거하여, 압출 공정 시 장치 내에 포함된 샤프트 등에 가해지는 부하를 감소시킬 수 있고, 최종 제조되는 압출품의 탄성 등의 물성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있다.
