Abstract The present invention relates to a method and a system for estimating the deterioration of buildings and facilities through the status efficiency analysis based on power consumption. The provided method and system measure and analyze the consumption of electrical energy which is a main energy source for the buildings and facilities. The measured electrical energy consumption can be used to calculate the deterioration degree, failure rate, operation rate, and economic efficiency to inspect the condition of the buildings and facilities. A status efficiency index is obtained to determine and predict the priority ranking regarding management, renovation, and replacement. 본 발명은 전력사용량 기반 상태효율 분석을 통한 설비 및 건축물의 노후화 평가 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 설비 및 건축물의 주요 에너지원인 전기에너지의 사용량을 계측하여 분석하는 방법 및 시스템을 제공한다. 계측된 전기에너지 사용량을 사용하여 설비 또는 건축물의 상태를 점검할 수 있는 노후도, 고장률, 운전율 및 경제성을 계산하고 상태효율지수를 구하여 관리, 리모델링 또는 교체의 운선순위를 판단하고 예측한다.
