Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional graphene nanocomposite material to which a metal oxide nanofiber coated with a carbon film is attached, and a method for applying a flexible supercapacitor using the same. Provided is a method comprising: coating a metal oxide nanofiber with a polyaniline film by using a liquid phase polymerization method, and dispersing the same in a graphene oxide solution; manufacturing a three-dimensional oxidized graphene nanostructure to which a metal oxide nanofiber is attached by using lyophilization; and manufacturing a three-dimensional graphene nanostructure to which the metal oxide nanofiber is attached by using carbonization. Moreover, provided is a method for applying a flexible supercapacitor by using the nanostructure. The present invention has an effect of manufacturing a three-dimensional composite graphene nanostructure by using simple and inexpensive liquid phase polymerization, lyophilization, and carbonization processes. Moreover, the graphene nanostructure manufactured thereby is not limited by a type, a diameter, and a length of metal oxide, and has a performance of a flexible super capacitor with excellent flexibility and stability. 본 발명은 탄소막이 코팅된 금속산화물 나노섬유가 부착된 3차원의 그래핀 나노복합재료의 제조와 이를 이용한 플렉시블 슈퍼커패시터로의 응용에 관한 것으로, 금속산화물 나노섬유를 액상중합법을 이용하여 폴리아닐린 막으로 코팅하여 이를 산화그래핀 수용액에 분산시킨 후, 동결건조를 이용하여 금속산화물 나노섬유가 부착된 3차원의 산화그래핀 나노구조체를 제조한 후, 탄화공정을 이용하여 금속산화물 나노섬유가 부착된 3차원의 그래핀 나노구조체를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 또한 상기 나노구조체를 이용하여 플렉시블 슈퍼커패시터로의 응용 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 간단하고 저렴한 액상중합, 동결건조, 탄화과정을 이용하여 3차원의 복합 그래핀 나노구조체를 제조할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 더욱이 본 발명에서 제조될 수 있는 그래핀 나노복합체는 금속산화물의 종류, 지름, 길이에 구애되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 유연하고, 안정성이 뛰어난 플렉시블 슈퍼커패시터의 성능을 보인다.
