Abstract | Disclosed is a tunable reflection-type amplifier circuit based on a negative differential resistance device. A tunable reflection-type amplifier circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a signal combiner which includes a first port of receiving an input signal, a second port, a third port, and a forth port; a first negative differential resistance device which is connected to the third port, reflects the first signal separated from the input signal and transmits the same to the second port; and a second negative differential resistance device which is connected to the forth port, reflects the second signal separated from the input signal, and transmits the same to the second port.
부성 미분 저항 소자를 포함하는 반사형 증폭기 회로가 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 반사형 증폭기 회로는 입력 신호를 수신하는 제1 포트, 제2 포트, 제3 포트, 및 제4 포트를 포함하는 신호 결합기와, 상기 제3 포트에 접속되고, 상기 입력 신호로부터 분리된 제1 신호를 반사하여 상기 제2 포트로 전송하는 제1 부성 미분 저항 소자와, 상기 제4 포트에 접속되고, 상기 입력 신호로부터 분리된 제2 신호를 반사하여 상기 제2 포트로 전송하는 제2 부성 미분 저항 소자를 포함할 수 있다. |
