Summary:Disclosed is a method for designing a precoder in consideration of a PAPR. The method comprises the steps of: (a) determining a signal to noise ratio (SNR) loss constant for arbitrarily reducing the magnitude of an SNR; (b) determining a peak to average power ratio (PAPR) adjusting matrix for adjusting a PAPR by using the SNR loss constant; and (c) designing a precoder by using the SNR loss constant and the PAPR adjusting matrix, wherein the SNR loss constant is determined by using information of a database that prestores a relation between the SNR loss constant and the PAPR. According to the method, the PAPR can be reduced with reduced complexity and utilization of spatial resources.
