Abstract | Provided is a method for building blocks for a naval ship utilizing a modeling method to automatically form a tap piece for welding in a through hole divided by a block dividing line which traverses the through hole while designing naval ship building blocks using a design program. Therefore, a first hole dividing part and a second hole dividing part, as two blocks divided by the block dividing line, are formed by dividing the through hole by the block dividing line. The present invention provides a hole tap piece modeling process for forming a tap piece in the through hole to obtain information on a cutting line to automatically cut a steel sheet before starting the first block manufacturing step and the second block manufacturing step. |
