More Information
Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for applying pre-flex load and more specifically, to an apparatus for applying pre-flex load capable of applying the required amount of pre-flex load with the minimum equipment or without a loading apparatus for applying pre-flex load to a steel material in a process of manufacturing a pre-flex steel composite girder. The apparatus for applying pre-flex load comprises: a pressuring means pressuring a steel material upward (opposite direction to gravity); a first supporting means arranged on the bottom of the pressuring means and supporting reaction against the pressuring means; a holding means which is arranged in one side of the first supporting means, which means the steel material side, and is located on the top of the steel plate, and holds the steel material not to be moved upward when the steel material is pressured by the pressuring means; and a second supporting means which connects the first supporting means and the holding means and which transfers force transferred to the holding means to the first supporting means. The pressuring means, a first supporting means, a holding means, and a second supporting means are provided on both end parts of each steel material as a set. The distance between the both ends of the first supporting means in the lengthwise direction of the steel material is longer than the distance between the pressuring means and the holding means.
