Abstract | The present invention relates to a polyurethane pigment composite for waterproof ground material which is manufactured by the reaction between a prepolymer component (A) obtained by the reaction between isocyanate and polyol, and a curing agent component (B) which is capable of reacting with a positive end group of the prepolymer and provides a polyurethane pigment composite material for waterproof ground material which is capable of being used for a film having a long-term thermal resistance and a method for forming a film for waterproof on the surface to be coated wherein the polyurethane resin composite includes 0.05 to 3 wt% carbon based on the total contents.
