PURPOSE: A door structure and a ship equipped with the same are provided to reduce fatigue cracks even through the stress is concentrated on the door structure. CONSTITUTION: A door structure(100) comprises an opening part(110), a frame plate(120), a door frame(130), and a door(140). The opening part is formed on a wall(10) of a ship to form a passage. One end of the frame plate is coupled to one side of the wall along the edge parts(112) of the opening part. The other end of the frame plate is protruded from one side of the wall at a predetermined distance. The door frame is coupled to the other end of the frame plate. The door is hinge-coupled to the door frame to open and close the opening part. Corner parts where the edge parts of the opening part are met are rounded.
