Abstract PURPOSE: A base station load optimizing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to perform backup of wireless resource and to control traffic load through signal switch between interconnected base stations. CONSTITUTION: A condition confirmation unit(210) confirms a traffic condition of a first base station and a second base station. The first base station is connected to the second base station. A wireless resource backup unit(212) performs backup of each wireless resource of the first base station and the second base station based on a confirming result of the condition confirmation unit. A wireless resource allocating unit(220) reallocates each wireless resource of the first base station and the second base station based on the confirming result.
