Abstract PURPOSE: A heat pump of a binary vapor cycle using a refrigerant turbine generator is provided to replace a steam turbine or a gas turbine to a refrigerant turbine generator and to save compressive power by circulating electricity to the compressive power again. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump of a binary vapor cycle using a refrigerant turbine generator comprises a binary vapor cycle part and a refrigerant turbine generator. The binary vapor cycle part comprises a low temperature refrigerating cycle portion and a high temperature refrigerating cycle portion(200). Condensation heat generated in a condenser of the low temperature refrigerating cycle portion is delivered to an evaporator of the high temperature refrigerating cycle portion. The refrigerant turbine generator is connected to a refrigerant pipe included in the binary vapor cycle part. If refrigerant flowing in the refrigerant pipe flows into the refrigerant turbine generator, the refrigerant is discharged while rotating a turbine wheel to generate rotation power.
