Summary:PURPOSE: A stabilizing system for payload and a transferring device having the same are provided to minimize a weight of payload by directly joining an image acquisition device and curved surface driver assemblies. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizing system for payload comprises an image acquisition device(4) and curved surface driver assemblies. The image acquisition device is embedded in a housing, thereby photographing while maintaining a constant altitude and azimuth with respect to a subject. Each one side of the curved surface driver assemblies is joined to the housing and each the other side of the curved surface driver assemblies is joined to the image acquisition device, thereby adjusting the altitude and azimuth. The curved surface driver assemblies comprise a first driver assembly, a second altitude driver assembly(30), a second driver assembly, a second azimuth driver assembly(40), and a follow rest. The first driver assembly and second altitude driver assembly are arranged to be faced to each other and rotate the image acquisition device to have a constant altitude. The second driver assembly and second azimuth driver assembly are arranged to be faced to each other and rotate the image acquisition device to have a constant azimuth. The follow rest comprises a buffer member.
