Abstract PURPOSE: A method and module for controlling a centralized media access are provided to perform a communication with a desired station through a centralized method in a network apparatus. CONSTITUTION: If the number of downlink packet is a predetermined number, an uplink extracting unit(406) extracts an uplink station. A dummy packet transmitting unit(408) creates a dummy packet including a transmission duration field in a header. The dummy packet transmitting unit transmits the dummy packet to an uplink station using a short media access delay time than the media access delay time of the station. A packet receiving part(410) receives a data packet from the uplink station.
