CONSTITUTION: An aquifer thermal energy storage cooling-heating system includes a cold water well(10), a hot water well(20), an underwater conduit line(30), a heat-pump(50), a thermal energy storage tank(70), a thermal medium pipe(80), a cooling-heating conduit line(90), submerged motor pumps(11, 21), blocking valves(31, 33), a first circulating pump(81), a second circulating pump(91), a second direction controlling valve, a third direction controlling valve, a flow rate controlling valve(35), a filtering device(37), and a pressurizing pump(39). The cold water well and the hot water well are formed in an underwater aquifer. The underwater conduit line supplies underwater from the cold water well and the hot water well to the heat-pump. Heat-exchange is implemented with respect to the underwater in the heat-pump. The heat-exchanged underwater is injected to the cold water wall and the hot water well.
